Refund Policy – Bharati Vedic Astro

At Bharati Vedic Astro, we are committed to offering valuable insights and personalized Vedic astrology consultations. Due to the nature of our services—being spiritual, time-based, and content-driven—certain limitations apply to our refund process. Please read our policy carefully before making a booking.


1. No Refund on Completed Services

Once a consultation, reading, or report has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Our services are based on time, knowledge, and personalized effort, and are considered non-returnable.


2. Refunds Before Service Delivery

You may request a refund before your session or report has been prepared or delivered. Refunds requested in this case must meet the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • The astrologer has not yet started working on your report or analysis.

3. Digital Product Downloads

If any paid PDF reports, horoscopes, or e-books are purchased and successfully delivered, no refunds will be issued. Please double-check the product details before placing your order.


4. Late or Missed Consultations

If a user fails to attend a booked live consultation (video/audio call), the session will be considered completed and no refund will be provided. However, we may offer a reschedule once upon request, provided it is made at least 6 hours before the scheduled session.


5. Technical Payment Errors

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, or payment is deducted but the order fails to process, you are eligible for a full refund of the excess amount. Please contact us immediately with proof of payment.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Our Right to Deny Refund

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if:

  • The service has been fully or partially delivered.

  • The request is made after the allowed window.

  • The claim is fraudulent or without valid reason.
